I gave the same treatment to the other daily tools. Code review, notes, and mail and calendar each got a short command-line path, and the dashboard started calling them. The point is the same as the task tool. The session should see a summary, not the raw payload, and I estimated on the order of a couple hundred thousand tokens a day across the skills that switched.
The dashboard itself is one HTML page. There is a personal view and a team view. I use the personal one.
Email was raising false alarms. A thread I had already answered, or that I was waiting on, still looked like something I had ignored, so I added a classification, whose move it is, and the weekly skills read that before they call a thread unanswered.
I also started writing down runbooks as something I can execute, with a log of the run, instead of a page I only read. The page that walks the steps comes a few days later.
