The runbook log needed a way to actually walk the steps. I built a single page that signs in, reads the runbook, and writes the run log when I finish. I wanted a button, not a blank form.
I also needed the harness on a second machine. I wrote a setup script that copies the skills, the agents, and the command-line tools. The first version wrote the keys into the script, and I kept that script out of git because of that, and I left it on disk. That was the wrong place for a key. Moving them into a vault is the week of March 23. The script stayed on disk, and it stayed the wrong file.
