I audited the skills and the agents and wrote a 7-step plan. 4 small skills came out of it, for the vault index, memory, the notes database, and calendar blocks.
A code review of the harness repo found 18 issues, I applied the fixes in one commit, and it broke skills that had been working. I reverted the whole commit the same day.
The lesson is the one I keep relearning. One fix, then a real run, then the next fix. The 18 issues were still open at the end of the week, on purpose.
