I started the redesign of the public site, because the old framing was an AI consultancy and I want it to read as a builder. The case studies on the site do not name a client. I checked that on purpose. The insights page was still a stub. The posts were going to come later.
The task tool learned comments, attachments, and time entries, so a weekly pass can see the conversation on a task and not only the title.
I read a public set of tips from the people who build the coding tool I use, against about 120 of my own sessions. 22 of them I was already doing. 27 I was not. I put in the ones I was going to use. A challenge step before I accept a plan. A hook that restores context after a compaction. A status line. A morning launcher with one tab color per project.
I also added a skill that drafts a charter, a scope, and a risk list. It writes them down. It does not decide the project.
