Projects were learning the same lesson and not telling each other. I added a small index that maps a project to its learnings file, with a count and a few tags, and the learn skill, the session start, and the project-orientation skill all update it. It is an index. It is not a copy of the lessons.
I also planned two cuts I did not finish. One is a short tool for meeting transcripts, so a session does not read the whole recording. The other is a couple of commands on the code-review tool so a morning standup is not pulling full diffs. Both are plans. The transcript tool is the one I actually want next, because the recordings are long and the useful part is short.
