Build log: the week of April 6

aiosagents

I counted what I was actually running, and it came to 68 skills, 8 command-line tools, 7 connection servers, and a few hundred memory notes. The audit found gaps, including projects with no orientation file and skills directories that were empty. I did not close them this week. I wrote them down so the next pass is a list and not a feeling.

I planned a task board for my own company work, in the same shape as the task tool I already use all day. Spaces, a short command-line tool, and a place in the morning briefing. It is a plan. The board is not the system of record yet.

I also wrote the rule for wiring a skill to an agent. An agent is there to protect the session's context, and a skill that only reports on files that already exist should not hand the job off. I ranked the pairings and did not turn the switch on. The method is approved. The wiring is not.
