I had been assembling skills, hooks, and tools for about a year without calling it anything, and this week I inventoried it and used the name I had already been using in my own notes, an AI operating system. The inventory was the point. 36 agents, about 70 skills, a handful of hooks, and the command-line tools. I wanted a list of what exists before I add the next layer.
The vault had the projects in it and almost no structure. A name showed up in hundreds of files and there was no page for what the name is. I started linking them. A link is not a summary. It is how I find the note again.
Code review was one file of about a thousand lines, and a lot of it was one codebase's paths and one team's habits. I planned a second version that keeps the review steps in one place and the project-specific notes beside it, and I did not ship that split this week. I named the problem, which is that a review of someone else's change was going to inherit my setup if I was not careful. The careful part is the next week.
