I checked whether a new PC could clone the harness and end up with the same skills, agents, hooks, and tools. It could not, and it would have failed quietly.
Two of the command-line tools had commits from the day before that were never pushed. A fresh machine would have cloned last week's code and looked fine. That is the failure I care about. Not a crash. A machine that is almost right.
The setup path is clone, run the bootstrap, sign in to the vault so the keys are filled there and not copied from the other PC. One credential still had to be made by hand on each machine. I left that as a known hole rather than pretending the bootstrap was complete.
