Build log: the week of September 7

aiosagents

I asked for a page I could check through the day, calendar, mail as it arrives, and the tasks due today, and I also asked to have the idea challenged, because I work in a terminal and the machine is already tight on memory. The challenge split it into 3 jobs. A glance is a pull. An alert is a push. A checklist is neither. One dashboard was going to do all 3 badly. I did not build the page.

I did run a test I can undo. 3 morning skills, the health check, the AI news note, and the daily reading, ran on a cheaper model instead of the session model. It is a pilot. If the notes get worse, the 4 lines come out.

I also started a cost report. It reads the session logs for the tool name, the skill name, the model, and the token counts. It does not read what I said. I want to know what the morning costs. I do not want a second copy of the work.

I cancelled a cited research tool that was on the list, because I would have had another key to rotate, and the stack did not need a new key to answer a question I can already ask.

I'll spend 30 minutes telling you what my production-readiness review would flag.
