Build log: the week of September 14

aiosagents

The morning was a script that opened a pile of terminal tabs. I started a local control panel to replace it. I want 4 things from it. Open a project in any of the tools I use. See which skills and agents a session used, and what that cost. Get the same sessions back after a reboot. Run it on another computer later.

The first cut records which sessions are open by reading each tool's own files, and it can offer the interrupted ones back as a checklist. A review sent it back. Nothing in that review was a crash. The failures I cared about were quiet. A marker that says the watcher stopped on purpose can outlive the watcher, so a stop looks clean when it was not, and a session I would have wanted back can disappear without a line I can see.

I left those two for the next change and I did not like leaving them. The whole point of the watcher is that I trust it when I am not looking. A silent miss is the bug.
