I used the panel for real. A session I had just restored was offered for restore again. The watcher was deciding a session was open from a lock file newer than the oldest tab, it never looked at the process, and if the lock and the process disagree the panel lies. I pointed it at the process.
The page was reloading itself every 15 seconds. That was a shortcut from the prototype, not a decision. I asked why it was not streaming the changes, because the reload throws away the scroll and draws the page again for work that did not change. Streaming is the next cut.
I also wanted release notes. One file in the project, newest first, opened from the panel. 7 changes had already shipped with no note. The file is the record. The panel is just the window.
Then a session list I can add to. Pick a folder, pick which tools to open there, and keep that as a session I can launch or archive. The old list was whatever the morning script had hardcoded.
By the middle of the week the open-and-monitor part was far enough that I asked for the usage page, which skills, hooks, and agents ran, and a list-price cost, counted when I ask, with the time it was counted. A number with no "as of" is a number I cannot check.
