Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026
Who we are
This site is run by Data & Business Solutions, LLC. When this policy says “we”, it means us.
What we collect when you contact us
When you send the form on our contact page, we receive:
- your name and email address
- your company, if you give it
- your message and the type of inquiry you picked
- how you found us: the page that linked to us, and the address of the first page you landed on, including any tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or an ad click ID)
We use it to read your message and reply, and to learn which channels bring us inquiries. Your IP address is kept in the server's memory only to limit repeat submissions. It is not stored with your message.
Who receives it
Your message goes to three services we use to run the business:
- a database hosted with Vercel, where we keep the record of your inquiry
- Resend, which sends it to us as an email and keeps a log of that send for a limited time
- ClickUp, where it becomes a task so it gets a reply
The site itself is hosted by Vercel, whose request logs record your IP address. Our own server logs record your email address if a message is rejected as spam or fails to reach us. Those log entries expire on Vercel's schedule. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising or give it to anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
Analytics, cookies and browser storage
We do not set cookies of our own and we run no ad trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure how fast pages load. They set no cookies. They record the page, the referring site, filtered link tags, your country, region and city, your browser, device type and operating system, your network speed, and how fast the page loaded. Vercel identifies a visit with a value it discards after 24 hours, so visits are not tied to you.
To know how you found us, the site keeps the page that linked to us and the address of the first page you landed on, with any tags in it, in your browser's session storage. It stays in that tab, is cleared when you close it, and reaches us only if you send the contact form.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other sites, and we let no other party do so through ours, so a Do Not Track signal changes nothing here.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry as long as we need it to follow up with you, and delete it when you ask.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email privacy@databusiness.ai and tell us what you want. We will send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it from our database, our email and ClickUp.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
When we change what the site collects, we update this page and the effective date at the top. Questions go to privacy@databusiness.ai, or use the contact page.
